Does my Rick Case Rewards Card still work?
The Rick Case App has replaced the previous reward card system.
How do Earn Reward Points?
Reward Points can be earned through vehicle purchases, services, and referrals through any Rick Case Dealership.
- New or Used Car/Truck/Van or SUV = 100,000 Points
- Motorcycles/ATVs/Scooters/Side X Sides/Golf Carts = 50,000 Points
- Family & Friends Referral (With Vehicle Purchase) = 50,000 Points
- Power Equipment = 20,000 Points
- Service & Parts = 500 Reward Points for every $10 purchased in service and/or parts, and accessories
I earned Reward Points, where are they?
Reward Points will be added to your account within 24 - 72 hours. If you have not received your points after 72 hours, please email app@rickcase.com.
Do my Reward Points expire?
Yes, Reward Points expire after 5 years.
Where are my Reward Points from the previous reward system?
Previous Reward Points are not automatically transferred to the new system.
How do I access the Carwash?
The carwash will be accessible through a QR Code reader on the app. *COMING SOON*
Please note: The carwash will only be accessible if you have Reward Points.
Do I still get discount gas with the new rewards system?
Yes, you will be able to input your accounts phone number at the pump to receive discount gas. *COMING SOON*
Reward Points: Valid for retail customers only. Points are not redeemable for cash. Reward points expire 5 years from date of issue. Example: 500 Reward Points for every $10 purchased in service and/or parts, and accessories. Example: 1,000 Rewards Points equal $1.00 in merchandise redemption value. Reward points can only be redeemed for coupons, goods, or services once per transaction. Program subject to change without notice.
